art director

as Plastik's Art Director, you will be leading our small team of editors and designers while coordinating resources to bring projects to life from ideation to execution. you will oversee the creative development of both photo and video campaigns, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all mediums.
you will work closely with the creative director, meeting with clients and internal departments to discuss and establish project objectives, research current trends, and design the visual aspects of projects—from initial planning stages to final campaign delivery. this includes overseeing the art direction of photo and video productions, editing, and ensuring that stills and motion-based content align with the brand’s creative vision.
you should be a creative and communicative multitasker with exceptional project and time management skills. you should be punctual, perceptive, and detail-oriented, with a great mind for developing and realizing the vision of each campaign or project
junior producer / production coordinator
we are looking for a Beirut-based Production Coordinator to join our team. this role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual who will assist in all aspects of production, including commercial and editorial shoots, client campaigns, and video production, as well as support day-to-day studio operations.
you will assist in managing production logistics, coordinating schedules, booking locations, securing permits, and liaising with vendors, crew, and talent. you will support the pre-production and on-set execution of projects, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient organization. additionally, you will assist in budget tracking, equipment organization, and maintaining production timelines.
while a background in production is preferred, we primarily value your energy, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn. strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as you will play a key support role in keeping projects running efficiently while adapting to the fast-paced nature of production
producer
we are looking for a Beirut-based Producer to join our team. this role is perfect for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who will oversee all aspects of production, including commercial and editorial shoots, client campaigns, and video production, as well as day-to-day studio operations.
you will be responsible for production logistics, developing budgets, booking locations, securing permits, hiring crews, and ensuring seamless coordination between all departments. you will oversee the full production lifecycle, from pre-production planning to on-set execution and post-production delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.
you should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipate challenges, and communicate effectively with teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution across all productions.
video editor
we are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. in this role, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for editorial projects, client campaigns, and brand visuals. you will work closely with the creative director and art director to bring concepts to life, ensuring a seamless blend of storytelling, aesthetics, and technical execution.
you should have a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of pacing and rhythm, and the ability to craft engaging narratives through video.
proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard editing tools is required.
Social media manager / content creator

set designer / production designer
we are looking for a Beirut based Set Designer. this person should translate the creative director’s ideas into reality, and take charge of the set-build from conceptual illustrative sketches and design development to on-site execution. the set designer needs to be able to illustrate, render, compose 3D mock-ups, and draft basic construction drawings depending on the nature of the project. this role entails contacting suppliers, sourcing props, and updating the props database. proficiency in adobe suite, and 2D and 3D visualization softwares are a must.
in-house stylist / junior fashion editor
you will be responsible for executing visually captivating sets, prop selections, and overall styling for various projects. by translating conceptual ideas into practical and aesthetically pleasing designs, you will enhance the storytelling and align the visual elements with the production's narrative. proficiency in design software, attention to detail, and adaptability are key skills that we are seeking for this role.
