art director
we are looking for a Beirut-based art director to join our team.
as Plastik's Art Director, you will be leading our small team of editors and designers while coordinating resources to bring projects to life from ideation to execution. you will oversee the creative development of both photo and video campaigns, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all mediums.
you will work closely with the creative director, meeting with clients and internal departments to discuss and establish project objectives, research current trends, and design the visual aspects of projects—from initial planning stages to final campaign delivery. this includes overseeing the art direction of photo and video productions, editing, and ensuring that stills and motion-based content align with the brand’s creative vision.
you should be a creative and communicative multitasker with exceptional project and time management skills. you should be punctual, perceptive, and detail-oriented, with a great mind for developing and realizing the vision of each campaign or project
video editor
we are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. in this role, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for editorial projects, client campaigns, and brand visuals. you will work closely with the creative director and art director to bring concepts to life, ensuring a seamless blend of storytelling, aesthetics, and technical execution.
you should have a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of pacing and rhythm, and the ability to craft engaging narratives through video.
proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard editing tools is required.
Social media manager / content creator

set designer / production designer
we are looking for a Beirut based Set Designer. this person should translate the creative director’s ideas into reality, and take charge of the set-build from conceptual illustrative sketches and design development to on-site execution. the set designer needs to be able to illustrate, render, compose 3D mock-ups, and draft basic construction drawings depending on the nature of the project. this role entails contacting suppliers, sourcing props, and updating the props database. proficiency in adobe suite, and 2D and 3D visualization softwares are a must.
in-house stylist / junior fashion editor
you will be responsible for executing visually captivating sets, prop selections, and overall styling for various projects. by translating conceptual ideas into practical and aesthetically pleasing designs, you will enhance the storytelling and align the visual elements with the production's narrative. proficiency in design software, attention to detail, and adaptability are key skills that we are seeking for this role.
